Pimm’s No1
No Wimbledon-inspired serves would be complete without mentioning Pimm’s! Here’s Wimbledon’s favourite cocktail recipe:
- 200ml Pimm’s No.1
- 600ml Lemonade
- Mint Sprigs
- Sliced Cucumber
- Sliced Orange
- Strawberries
Pour Pimm’s into a tall glass or large pitcher. Slice up the strawberries, orange and cucumber and add to a jug with mint sprigs. Pour over lemonade, add ice if needed and stir.
Pimm’s Sundowner Spritz
A perfect aperitif as the sun sets, Pimm’s Sundowner is the newest addition to the Pimm’s portfolio. With raspberry and redcurrant flavours, we’re sure this cocktail will be a big hit at this year’s Wimbledon.
- 50ml
- 50ml Soda
- 50ml Prosecco
Combine Pimm’s Sundowner and prosecco in a large wine glass. Add soda to top and garnish with raspberries. If required.
Earl Grey Fizz
Fresh and fancy, the Earl Grey Fizz is the quintessential British drink. Swap out the vodka for gin for an alternative take on this simple cocktail.
- 30ml Nemiroff De Luxe Vodka
- 15ml Cold Earl Grey Tea
- 7.5ml of Monin Sugar Syrup
- Top with champagne
Add vodka, earl grey tea and sugar syrup into a shaker and shake with ice. Strain into a chilled flute glass and top with champagne. Garnish with a lemon zest twist.
