Brand new to the UK and to LWC, Bosca are passionate producers of sparkling wine since 1831. Six generations later, Pia, Gigi and Polina Bosca are at the helm of the company: the devoted keepers of Bosca’s heritage.
With 100 hectares of vineyard based in Piedmont, specifically in the Langhe and Monferrato areas, these areas are where some of the most significant and valued native Italian grapes are grown, and in a region recognised as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

The Bosca Underground Cathedrals – a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2014 – are a real architectural masterpiece, which show the incredible story of Bosca through lights, sounds, and places.
The company – the only remaining winery in Canelli which belongs to the family of origin – now prides itself on writing a new chapter for the theatre and experience of wine.

Made with a unique recipe of sparkling wine, cereals and natural fruit aromas, this range is made in Italy and includes a unique Bosca-patented Multistap cap which preserves the bubbles over time and guarantees that the taste is unchanged each time the bottle is reopened.

Bosca has a unique method of production of their 0% ABV wines. First, they select the most aromatic grapes. Next, they work with the grape at a low temperature, it’s micro filtrated many times so that it doesn’t ferment. This preserves all the best that the grape offers naturally in terms of smell, taste, and natural sweetness.
No sugar is added during this process, it’s simply carbonated to provide the bubbles ensuring a clean, natural end product.
