Recipe:
• 50ml Old J Gold
• 50ml lime juice
• 150ml Pineapple Juice
• Crushed ice
• 1 tsp grenadine
• Garnish with a wedge of orange, cherries & a mint
sprig

Method:

1. Mix rum and juice in shaker with ice
2. Strain mixture into tall glass
3. Add grenadine
4. Garish and serve

Dooms Day

Recipe:
• 50ml Old J Cherry
• 1 Sprite Mini Can
• 150ml cranberry juice
• Black food colouring
• Black sugar sprinkles

Method
1. Dip glass edge in sprite then dust with sugar
sprinkles
2. Add rum, sprite and cranberry juice in glass
3. Add black food colouring
4. Stir
5. Serve

Green Goblin

Recipe:
• 50ml Old J dark rum
• 10ml blue curacao syrup
• 150ml Old Jamaica Pineapple Soda
• Splash of lemon juice
• 100ml Sprite
• Black sugar sprinkles

Method
1. Dip glass edge in sprite then dust with sugar
sprinkles
2. Add rum, sprite and pineapple soda in glass
3. Add blue curacao syrup
4. Stir
5. Serve
